Urgent Care NP or PA - Full-Time, Competitive Pay ($75-$85/hr) in Swampscott/Greater Boston

Join a growing urgent care team in Swampscott, Massachusetts, where you’ll provide compassionate, patient-centered care for a wide range of non-emergent conditions. You’ll work closely with physicians and clinical staff in a fast-paced setting that values teamwork, efficiency, and high-quality outcomes.

Locations available across multiple sites, including Beverly, Swampscott, Methuen, North Andover, and Haverhill.

Schedule

• Centers are open seven days a week.
• Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM-8:00 PM
• Weekends: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Full-time and part-time positions available (full-time = 36 hours/week)

Compensation & benefits

• Competitive hourly rate: $75-$85/hour

What we’re looking for

• Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
• Board certification (Family Medicine PA or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care NP)
• Current or eligible for Massachusetts licensure
• Prior urgent care experience preferred
• Current CPR, BLS, and ACLS certifications
• Knowledge of universal precautions, HIPAA, and OSHA standards
• Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-focused, team-oriented approach
