Urgent Care NP or PA - Full-Time/Part-Time, $75-$85/hr, Beverly & Multiple MA Sites

Join a growing urgent care team in Beverly, MA, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care for a wide range of non-emergent conditions. You will collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff in a fast-paced, team-focused environment across multiple sites, including Beverly, Swampscott, Methuen, North Andover, and Haverhill.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute illnesses and injuries in an urgent care setting
• Provide evidence-based treatment plans, patient education, and appropriate referrals
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary staff to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to clinical protocols and regulatory standards

Schedule:

• Centers open seven days per week
• Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM-8:00 PM; Weekends: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Full-time (36 hours/week) and part-time positions available

Compensation & benefits:

• Competitive hourly rate: $75-$85/hour

Requirements:

• Active NP or PA license; eligible for Massachusetts licensure
• Board certification as a Family Medicine PA or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care NP
• Urgent care experience preferred
• Current CPR, BLS, and ACLS certifications
• Knowledge of universal precautions, HIPAA, and OSHA standards
• Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-focused, team-oriented approach
