Urgent Care NP/PA - Full-Time (North Andover) • $75-$85/hr • Multiple MA Sites & Benefits

Join a growing urgent care team in North Andover, Massachusetts, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care for a wide range of non-emergent conditions. You’ll work closely with physicians and clinical staff in a fast-paced, collaborative setting, with opportunities to practice across multiple sites - Beverly, Swampscott, Methuen, North Andover, and Haverhill.

Schedule and availability

• Centers are open seven days a week: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-8:00 PM; weekends, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.
• Full-time (36 hours/week) and part-time roles available.

Compensation and benefits

• Competitive hourly pay: $75-$85/hour.

What we’re looking for

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Board certification in Family Medicine (PA) or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care (NP).
• Massachusetts licensure or eligibility.
• Urgent care experience preferred.
• Current CPR, BLS, and ACLS certifications.
• Familiarity with universal precautions, HIPAA, and OSHA standards.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-focused, team-oriented approach.
