Outpatient Adult Primary Care Physician - 100% Clinic, Mon-Fri, No Call, Brockton (Bilingual Preferred)

A well-established, multi-disciplinary community medicine group in Brockton, Massachusetts is seeking a full-time adult primary care physician to join its growing team. This is a 100% outpatient, clinic-based position focused exclusively on adult medicine with a predictable Monday-Friday schedule (8:00 AM-5:00 PM). There is no call and no weekend work.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care to an adult patient panel in a busy outpatient setting
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Work closely with advanced practice providers, social workers, and case managers to deliver coordinated, team-based care
• Promote preventive health and patient education to improve long-term outcomes
• Support a patient-centered care model with an emphasis on community health and reducing disparities

Compensation and benefits:

• Competitive base salary: $220,000-$258,824 annually

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active or eligible for Massachusetts medical licensure

• Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, French, or Haitian Creole preferred
• Prior experience in ambulatory care, community health, or public health preferred
