We have recently updated our homepage and we removed the old opening message we had there since we launched this site.  Although we’ve made a lot of improvements to our site since this was originally posted, it is still relevant to our goals here.  Since we don’t have another good place to publish something like this, the blog will have to do.

We do not allow recruiting firms or other third parties to post jobs or access our database of candidates.  Other job boards allow recruiting firms to post jobs, resulting in double listed opportunities and many unnecessary contacts.
