Medical Director / Attending Physician - Hospitalist for Skilled Nursing Facilities (Wyoming, MI)

Seeking a full-time Medical Director/Attending Physician to provide clinical oversight and deliver care across skilled nursing facilities in Wyoming, Michigan. You will collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to manage post-acute and long-term care patients, provide clinical leadership within assigned facilities, and support high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key details

• Schedule: Full-time; physicians typically cover each facility 1-2 days per week. No fixed start/end times, no call, no overnight shifts.
• Patient volume: Approximately 18-25 visits per day.
• Workflow: Partner-driven model with APPs; company-provided iPad with LTE for documentation.
• New graduates: Board-eligible candidates actively pursuing licensure are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure.
