Part-Time Medical Director / Attending Physician - Flexible Schedule, No Nights/Call, Fremont MI

Join a close-knit team delivering high-quality care across skilled nursing facilities in Fremont, Michigan. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and the chance to lead clinically while working alongside experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to care for post-acute and long-term patients. You’ll provide hands-on, patient-centered care and offer clinical oversight to support excellent outcomes in each facility you cover.

What the role looks like

• Part-time coverage of local skilled nursing facilities, typically 1-2 days per week at each site
• No fixed daily start/end times, no overnight shifts, and no on-call duties
• Expect to see about 18-25 patients per day
• New graduates who are board-eligible and pursuing licensure are welcome to apply
• Company-provided iPad with LTE for efficient documentation

Qualifications

• MD or DO with an active, unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine
• Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-focused care
