About Santoshi Billakota, MD

Santoshi Billakota, MD is a board-certified neurologist with fellowship training in epilepsy and clinical neurophysiology. She is currently a neurologist with Vituity Healthcare- a physician owned and led practice. Dr. Billakota's research interests are focused on refractory epilepsy, epilepsy surgery, and lifestyle factors that affect clinical outcomes in epilepsy. She has presented her research at several national conferences, including the American Epilepsy Society. Dr. Billakota is an active board member of multiple non-profit organizations, including the Epilepsy Foundation of New Jersey, Project Purple Butterfly, and Angels of Epilepsy. Although she’s originally from California, she now lives in New York and calls Brooklyn home.
